Within this journey we are focusing on grounding, setting intention and on deepening the connection to your heart. Your heart carries all of your wisdom and will guide you to the answers you seek. At the end of the journey you can feel more grounded, calm, clear and with an open heart.

How to prepare for your at home ritual: get comfy, create a cozy space, light a candle, clear yourself with Palo Santo or Sage and have a journal with you so you can write down all of your insights. You can prepare the cacao for yourself and start with the audio guidance.
