1:1 mentorship

This is a personalized journey with support and guidance based on your needs to restore your relationship with your true self and for your personal growth. Within this mentorship I will work with different tools such as meditation, journalling, space for honest, raw and vulnerable sharings, inquiry, breath, rituals, exercises and integration practices. We will meet weekly for our online heart-to-heart sessions.

My intention with this journey is to invite you in my inner circle, into my energy field, to create a safe space for you to fully be. a space where you feel safe to express all that is alive in you. a space without right or wrong, without any judgment. a space where you feel carried and held on your journey of growth. a journey where you will see, acknowledge and release old patterns, deep programming and conditioning and where you will be peeling off all the layers and old identities that are not in alignment with who you truly are.
